BACKGROUND

Shadow The Hedgehog is a spin-off of the popular Sonic Adventure series, in which you control the mysterious black hedgehog Shadow. You will be faced with upwards of fifty unique missions, with the aid of weapons and vehicles, in order to find the true history behind Shadow the Hedgehog.

Gameplay
Shadow will engage in a complex battle between enigmatic alien life-forms, the G.U.N. and Dr. Eggman himself in over 50 unique Missions to discover the truth about his past and end the way in which it torments him.
He will use weapons, vehicles and other objects to achieve his goals.

Story

Shadow sees the Space Colony ARK in a dream. In this dream, he sees his human "girlfriend", Maria, who is the daughter of Shadow's creator and Dr. Eggman's grandfather, Prof. Gerald Robotnik.

In this dream, the ARK is wrecked, and one piece of vital information is cut off from Shadow's access. Shadow is tormented by this lack of information, but he cannot get it to come to him.

So, for some reason or other, Shadow grabs a few guns and various other weapons, probably in a desperate attempt to look "cool" (I blummin' well hope he has a better reason behind this action than that...), and runs off to fight his battles and access the information.
