Specials (needs to be ported to the wiki!) Rings They’re the basic form of life sustainance in each Sonic game. Without them, we would all die. Or something. Regardless, if you collide with something which your body reacts to badly (spikes, lasers, electrified robots, and basically anything else which looks slightly dodgy) without any rings then you die and lose a life. If you have rings and you get hit then you just lose your rings and the lost rings are scattered. For every 100 rings you acquire you get 1 Life. Grinding In Sonic Adventure 2 Shadow and Sonic were the only ones able grind,now everybody can grind in this game. Press the "ATTACK BUTTON" repeatedly to move more quickly while Grinding. Stages There are 14 standard Stages in total in this game. Every Team plays through the exact same sequence of Stages but all have a different difficulty setting, route and objective in each Stage. Special Stages These stages can be accessed to when you have gotten the special stage key from a certain stage.They are used to get extra points and chaos emeralds. Game Difficulties Team Sonic: Medium[Average Sonic Player] Team Rose: Easy[Beginners] Team Dark: Hard[Advanced players] Team Chaotix: Mission-Based Objectives (Varying Difficulty)

Team Formations (needs to be ported to the wiki!) In this game you don’t play as one character by themselves; you play as 3 characters as a team.The teams are divided into 3 different formations which are power,speed,and flying formations.You can switch between formations during gameplay.There is Team Dark,Sonic,Rose and Team Chaotix. Speed Characters –They are the fastest to get your team around a stage.

Team Upgrades (needs to be ported to the wiki!) The Team Blast Special Move Every Team has a move called Team Blast,it will destroy any and all enemies onscreen or damage the boss really bad.To activate this you need to fill up the Team Blast Gauge by collecting rings,killing enemies,doing attacks or getting a Team Blast Item Box.All Team Blasts have a different effect. -Team Sonic's Sonic Blast damages and briefly stuns opponents. If it doesn't die, it gets stunned! -Team Dark’s Chaos Inferno allows you to stop time in the areas around your Characters. - Team Rose's Flower Festival grants them shields and temporary invincibility. They also (allegedly) increase their individual Levels by one Level; however, this has not yet been confirmed by us. -Team Chaotix's Chaotix Recital receives a certain amount of Rings, depending on how many enemies they destroyed with the Team Blast.

Levels (needs to be ported to the wiki!) Levels-A new addition to the game. Levels are both for points and to help you execute attacks easier. Near your characters icon is a collection of three holes, that shows your current level. To gain levels, you must get the color orbs that enemies drop or get them from a item box.Levels increase your attack power and allow you to even damage.You lose all your levels when you either die or change levels. Trivia (needs to be ported to the wiki!) - At the beginning of any Team's fight with the Egg Emperor, Dr. Eggman exclaims, 'Now I'll show you what real evil is!'. However, this doesn't match the English language sub-title, which says 'I will show what real evil is!'. - The big statue of Dr. Eggman in 'Hang Castle' transforms into a statue of Metal Sonic when the castle is in its inverted state. - At the beginning of 'Final Fortress' while playing as Team Rose, Amy explains that it reminds her of their last attack on the Egg Carrier. The Egg Carrier is the floating fortress of Dr. Eggman in Sonic Adventure. This is followed by Cream asking Amy if she has been in battle before, and also asking Big the same question. Sonic Adventure is Big's introductory game.
