Amy Rose (STC)

Amy was first introduced in Sonic the Comic in issue 21, her design and manner much like that of the games. Her first story, a re-visualising of the Sonic CD story saw her being kidnapped and used as bait by Dr. Robotnik and his new Metal Sonic robot, in this universe called Metallix. After this story she became a permanent member of Sonic's Freedom Fighter group.

After this, Amy developed more away from her personality of the SEGASonic universe and became much more independent and perhaps not quite as obsessive about Sonic or "girly" as she is in the games. She would frequently accompany the group on their missions, armed with a crossbow, and even had her own stories alongside Tekno the Canary. During the STC re-visioning of the Sonic Adventure story, her hair design was updated to that of the game.
