Security Hall is the eighth stage of the Dark Story and the third stage played as Rouge in Sonic Adventure 2. This takes place in a cargo area that's heavily secured.

Rouge's part of the plan between herself, Dr. Eggman, and Shadow is to infiltrate GUN's base and steal the Chaos Emeralds within fifteen minutes. She suggests to cut the timer down to five minutes, mentioning that it's plenty of time, and she sets off in her search.

[edit] Gameplay

This is another Treasure Hunting stage. Instead of collecting Master Emerald pieces, Rouge must find 3 Chaos Emeralds within 5 minutes. The stage is divided into two sections. The first section, which is the main are you begin at, is the 'Safe Room'. There are 3 levels of this section, the lower level having red safes, the middle level having yellow safes, and the top level having blue safes. Each safe can be opened by digging into the center of the safe, which unlock it. Although, there are some safes that require you to activate a switch, which is located in the Switch Room, the second major section. This area is heavily secured with GUN robots and harmful lasers. Hitting the switches in this room allow you to open some of the safes that were otherwise inaccessible.

[edit] Upgrade

The upgrade for Rouge in this stage is the Treasure Scope, which allows you to interact with invisible objects. The Iron Boots from Mad Space and the Mystic Melody from Dry Lagoon are required to obtain this upgrade.
