Sonic and Knuckles Collection is a compilation of Sonic The Hedgehog 3, Sonic and Knuckles, the Blue Sphere Special Zones and Sonic 3 and Knuckles. It was released on PC in the spring of 1997. The game also features a screensaver with promotional images for all the Sonic games up to Sonic Drift as well as game background music and animations. In Japan the release did not contain the screensaver as this was sold separately on the same day as the collection. The game has problems running on computers with Windows XP or higher due to the age of the game.
