Sonic is back in yet another edition of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. This time Sonic is on his way to defeat Dr. Robotnik is his fortress but finds himself trapped in a giant pinball like maze that defends the fortress. Sonic must collect all the Chaos Emeralds throughout the many stages to free his friends and defeat the Evil Dr. Robotnik. Taking it’s inspirations from the Casino Night Zone in Sonic the Hedgehog 2, players will get more than their fill of pinball excitement.

[edit] Gameplay

In Sonic Spinball you will take the role as Sonic in his spindash form as you control bumpers to keep Sonic on track and protect him from Robotnik's robots and help Sonic get the chaos emeralds as you spin your way through various dark and quiet levels. There are 4 levels to this game. To progress to the next level you must beat the boss of the current one, but you can't do that until you have collected all the chaos emeralds in the stage. There are 3 in the first two levels and 5 in the last two levels.
