Sonic is back in his latest game, Sonic and the Black Knight, published by Sega, devoloped by Sonic Team. This game takes place during medieval time when King Arthur (aka the Black Khight) turns to the dark side. Sonic has a talking sword named Calibur and uses it to fight his enemies. Also Sonic's friends (Knuckles, Shadow, and Blaze) start out as Arthur's knights. Magic elementals also help Sonic on his goal to make things right.
