This is the twelfth issue of Sonic the Comic and contains the concluding parts of the Streets of Rage and Kid Chameleon strips.
 Comic Strips
 Sonic the Hedgehog

Deep in the Hidden Zone, Sammy and Sammy are looking at the night sky when they think they see a shooting star, which crash lands in the middle of the zone. Thinking it's a meteorite that has crash landed, they go to investigate, finding out that it is actually Sonic, although they don't know who he is. They take the unconscious hedgehog deeper into the Hidden Zone to recover.Steve Owl, the leader of the zone, and asks him where he is as the last thing he remembers was fighting Dr. Robotnik on his new sky fortress. Steve explains that he is in the Hidden Zone, a safe haven that even Dr. Robotnik doesn't know about as the entire zone is protected by a cloaking device. He is confused as to how Sonic found them though, although Sonic can't tell them, as he has amnesia and can't even remember his own name.
Meanwhile on Dr. Robotnik's new sky fortress, Dr. Robotnik is readying his badnik army to attack as Sonic has inadvertently showed him the location of the Hidden Zone which he has wanted to plunder for years. Back in the Hidden Zone, Benny, one of the inhabitants, warns them that badniks are invading and destroying the zone. Sonic can't do anything as he doesn't remember who he is, until one of the Moto Bugs tells him that his Sonic. Now that he remembers who he is, Sonic easily destroys all the badniks and frees the animals trapped inside. The Hidden Zone's location though is now no longer a secret, so Sonic leads the inhabitants into the Emerald Hill Zone where they can be safer and among friends.
 Kid Chameleon
Kid Chameleon Part 6

Casey, now back to his regular teenage self, is doing his best to dodge the giant ape's attacks, and eventually throws his skate board at it to momentarily distract it, then kicks it, making it fall over the edge of the tall building. Casey is then able to leave the game, which announces that the game has ended, and only he and Suzi are the ones to ever leave, which leaves Casey to wonder what has happened to Brad.
It's now late at night and Casey and Suzi's parents have been worried about them, even calling the police, but they are all relieved that they are home. Casey's mother asks him if he has seen Brad, as he is still missing, so Casey decides that he will have to go back into Wild Side to rescue him.
 Streets of Rage
Streets of Rage Part 6

Max and Hawk are battling in the now burning warehouse which is gradually falling apart, as they're fighting it seems like Hawk has the upper-hand, until Max is able to kick Hawk into the pool of burning liquid. Max is then able to escape and reunite with Blaze and Axel, the captain of the police department is also there to scold Axel for his recent actions, so Axel punches him as a way of making his resignation known. Blaze is still frustrated that Murphy won't quit as well, but Max understands his reasons and reminds them that Murphy will surely be there if they need him.
 Decap Attack
Staring Chuck D. Head! Part 3

The Professor and Igor have been enslaved by Max D. Cap and are busy creating him an undead army, whilst Loyd Grossman is looking around the castle. Max D. Cap then gets Bullhead, one of his minions, to throw Grossman out of a window. Outside Chuck is confused as to why he is alive if the fall killed him, which Head explains is due to the fact that the Professor gave him 3 hearts, although only 2 will be working now.
Chuck wants to just leave and isn't interested in helping the Professor or Igor, even when Head tells him he is like the Professor's son and the reason he is alive now. He changes his mind though when Head reminds him that Chuck will die anyway without the electric shock treatments the Professor has to give him. They break into the castle and accidentally awaken a vampire after Chuck removes his stake. The vampire attempts to bite Chuck's neck although is at first confused as he can't find it, until Chuck reveals his neck himself. The vampire bites Chuck but then collapses as Chuck's blood is actually purple.
