Storm the Albatross is one of the Babylon Rogues along with Wave the Swallow and Jet the Hawk. Storm is the power hitter of the group, so he usually races Knuckles. He is very talented in Extreme Gear, so he starts working with the Babylon Rogues. He is also a thief. He made his debut in Sonic Riders for the Nintendo Gamecube. At the beginning of the game, he is stealing a Chaos Emerald when he gets caught by Sonic and gets kicked off of his Extreme Gear. Sonic takes it and chases after Jet!

Storm the Albatross has appeared in Sonic Riders for the Gamecube, where he was one of the main villains, and Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity for the Wii, where he was also the main villain.
